We love helping new clients start their journey with Pilates! We suggest you start with an Introductory Private Lesson. This helps you get results quickly because you will learn proper form and technique on the Pilates Reformer.
Although we know Pilates can completely transform your body, we know that it can take time and attention to create that mind-body connection and become proficient on the machine. Not only does the introductory session ensure you learn correctly right from the beginning, it lets the instructor assess your ability level and suggest the best program for your fitness level and goals.
At the end of the introductory session you’ll know exactly where you are starting from and will have a tailored program to get you where you want to be!
We also offer some Introductory Offers to get you started with Pilates following your introductory session which your instructor will explain.
If you are interested in TRX® suspension training we offer the same one-on-one discounted session with an instructor so you can learn the many ways to adjust the TRX, the six sins to avoid and the correct form for all the basic movements. This is still a personal training session so come prepared to sweat!
