Welcome to Reforming Indy Pilates Studio and congratulations on taking the first step towards Getting Started to a healthier you! We know how challenging it can be to start a new exercise program and we are here to support you on your journey.
This session introduces you to the language and basic concepts of the “Core or Powerhouse” the Pilates Method utilizes. The trainer will design a program based on your personal body assessment and evaluation of your specific goals and needs.
All new clients begin with an Initial Private Session.
Although we know Pilates can completely transform your body, we know that it can take time and attention to create that mind-body connection and become proficient on the machine. It is important to take the time to learn the basics in the beginning so that you have a strong foundation to build on. By committing to your learning process in the beginning you will get the most out of your initial investment and will have more body control, awareness and understanding if and when you choose to join our classes. Our Fitness classes have been a huge hit with our Pilates clients, they improve cardio conditioning, endurance and overall strength while sweating away the daily stresses! If you are interested in TRX® suspension training, Mat Pilates, Ballet Barre or other Fitness classes, we also offer an initial private session for those that would like the extra attention, we also have other new client offers for those ready to jump right in!
