private sessions
As the name suggests private sessions are a one on one setting with a qualified, certified and highly experienced instructor. By being able to solely focus on you, an instructor can tailor each session to improve muscle imbalances, correct poor recruitment patterns and strengthen specific weaknesses. Private sessions are ideal for those people with back, neck or hip pain, discomfort, rehabilitation needs, osteoporosis, very poor flexibility and for those who strongly wish to heal and strengthen their bodies. This is by far the most effective way to achieve results with Pilates, it is this form of instruction that made famous the quote "10 sessions to feel the difference, 20 session to see the difference and 30 session to a whole new body!" - Joseph Pilates
We always recommend anyone new to pilates take the introductory pirvate session series of 5 initially to grasp the basics of movement within pilates to be effective with any further training. Private Sessions can be booked online through our online scheduler or by calling us at the studio.
