chair

Is it a fear of the unknown or a strong attachment to the reformer? Many clients seem to avoid Group Apparatus classes like they are the plague! I’m writing this to explain exactly what the Group App class is all about so you can move past an irrational avoidance and try something new.  You might just fall in love with our Group App classes – because trust me, these classes have their own groupies, just like Group Reformer!

Group Apparatus classes are based on the reformer. That’s right! You’ll still be using your beloved piece of classical Pilates equipment in Group Apparatus. What’s the difference, then?  From time to time in the session, Instructors will incorporate other pieces of classical apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates.
